Clients plans a long with Custom Plan service
In all of our homes, the DL properties & Designs begins with a meeting
with our Home Design team to find out what floor plans you like and how
we can help to make your ideas a reality. The process might only
involve choosing the finishing touches to a nearly completed home. Our
focus is on customer service and a dedication to detail and style we
will help you create the home you’ve always wanted! We also draw Custom
home plans for others as well so if we can’t build a home for you at
this time we will be glad to design one for you.
After you have purchased a plan, you will begin working with our Design
team. Our design team will help you through the process of designing the
interior finishes of your home this will truly make your home the home
of your dreams. While your home is being built, you will meet
periodically to make decisions according to a Design Schedule, provided
to you during the first meeting. Our design team leader is your point of
contact during the first part of the construction process and can help
answer any questions you might have we hope to make this home design one
that you can be proud to call home.
